To Brew: Steep 1/4 cup or more of the herb mix in 4 cups of just boiled water for 20+ minutes, covered. Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Add to a container with ice for storage in the fridge. Keep chilled. Add honey if desired. Alternatively, steep covered, 2 tsp of blend in 1 cup freshly boiled water for 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
